Do not analyze a person’s gait using fixed standards when doing gait analysis

Updated: May 23

In the illustration on the top, we observe the loading angle of a 2-year-old boy. The report indicates a negative loading angle for both feet. Despite this, we consider it normal when referencing the extensive age-specific data in our database. This aligns with the distinctive characteristics of pediatric gait.

On the bottom , we see the loading angle of a 52-year-old man. His right foot loading angle is negative, displaying clear pathological characteristics as it deviates significantly from the reference range. In fact, he is a stroke patient with an affected left side.

With nearly a decade of expertise in gait analysis, we've compiled a database comprising hundreds of thousands of gait profiles. Leveraging artificial intelligence, our system autonomously establishes a dynamic gait standards from a healthy population, factoring in variables such as height, weight, and age.
